My name is BJ Labestre and I am an Enrolled Agent, which basically means two things: I am a federally licensed tax preparer and I can provide IRS audit representation. I’ve worked for my dad’s tax prep business in San Diego and for a tax franchise here in Anchorage. Also, I’ve worked in logisitics and bookkeeping. I also have a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, and have served in the U.S. Army on active duty. I currently serve in the Army Reserves.
Some taxpayers may find the tax code too complex. Rest assured, I understand what is applicable to most taxpayers. And I strive to stay up to date with the tax laws and refresh myself through continuing education.
